Journal Club
Imperfect evidence, how we work, and the change process
Join us for the first CEMA journal club. It will be an experiment of sorts.
XXX will be hosting the first CHEMA system-wide book club. This will be a pot luck event.
We have chosen 3 articles that provide a spectrum of ideas, with the goal of transforming care, starting with the three pillars of evidence-based medicine:
The evidence
The experience of the clinicians including the context we practice in
Patient preferences
The goals are to learn from, with, and about each other while we build more community and live more effective work lives.
We can take ownership of our futures and try to ensure our wellness, and we can share our differences so that we may learn from each other.
